• Certified as a Primal Health and Nutrition Expert through Primal Health Coach Institute 

• Currently pursing Primal's Master Health Coach Certification

• Experience coaching clients through behavior and lifestyle change, burnout, blood sugar regulation, and gut symptom relief

• 5+ years healthcare experience as a registered nurse in critical care

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN)
