One day you wake up feeling suddenly bad, and stuck. Unsure of how you got here and unsure what steps to take next. Knowing the root cause is an excellent pursuit, but often we need to start with understanding what will get in our way of success.

Success isn't always clear. We know we want to "feel better" but we often don't know how to get there until we are there.
Here's are some steps that might add clarity:
Write down how any uncomfortable symptoms you are experiencing.
Remember the last time you felt well. What has changed?
Appreciate the ways you already make room for healthy habits in your life.
Consider any "healthy habits" that could be improved upon.
Unfortunately, "healthy habits" isn't always a clear-cut list of items. We are sold conflicting solutions left and right. If you want to talk to someone who's been in your corner, I'm here for you! Please reach out. Cutting the confusion and sticking to common sense, intuitive solutions will pay off for your entire lifetime.
Wellness is a journey we are all on. We all want to feel our best. But the world keeps changing, and so do our bodies. Multiple dilemmas in life seem to be the reason we stay stuck.
How does getting unstuck begin? One step at a time.
Your step number one is a deep and honest contemplation.
What barriers are between you and total wellness?
Here are some common ones:
stress
anxiety
lack of time
the overwhelm of a needed life change
not knowing where to start
lack of motivation
low self-esteem
financial constraints
unsupportive (or discouraging) friends and family
Hey you, if any of these describe you, could you do one thing? Just hit "comment" and write down:
1) What you what to change in your life.
2) What is holding you back.
This activity in and of itself will concrete a desire for change in your mind that could be the start of the new you you're dreaming of. Blessings to you, my friend!
